Apartment rents increased by a slower 2.11 percent for the Puget Sound region during the year's first half, according to preliminary data issued this week by CB Richard Ellis.
The increase put the average rent for the region at 95 cents per square foot, the brokerage said. At that rate, a 1,000-square-foot apartment would cost $950 per month to rent.
