Hi, it’s Ralph. Hopefully you remember me. I’m the guardian angel that’s popped up in these articles a few times. As you may recall, I persuaded Mr. Tuminello a few months back to let me use his column to get the word out about the importance of building trust. Given what has transpired since the last article, he thought that I might be able to offer a few words of encouragement.

First, let me say how sorry I am for what all of you are going through, particularly those who have actually lost loved ones. I’ve now had the privilege of meeting all of these extraordinary people. Of course they’re angels now.
