Real Estate Buzz: Skagit wants to incubate tech companies, too
Developer Dan Mitzel is about to open Skagit County's first incubator space for technology companies, a wired office complex in Mt. Vernon called eTech Campus that would build out at 100,000 square feet.
Mitzel, anchor tenant WebEKG and the Economic Development Association of Skagit County will cut a ribbon on the first, 25,000-square-foot structure on July 12.
