Real Estate Buzz: Sabey puts data centers on pause
The tech correction has slowed developer Dave Sabey's Intergate data center train, as could be expected.
Six months ago, Sabey Corp. swelled with the success of its 1 million-plus-square-foot Intergate.Seattle. It had started similar projects in Los Angeles and Denver and was hot to hit the East Coast and San Francisco for sites.
