Ultimately, Mills Electric wants all of its employees to feel safe, welcomed and empowered to speak up. The company strives to create a safety culture that is safe for people to voice their concerns and know they have the authority to stop their work at any time they feel unsafe. Its safety record is one metric used to gauge its safety culture, but not the only one.
