Skanska USA Building

Kaye is a 31-story concrete high-rise in Belltown, developed by Skanska. It includes 324 apartments, three levels of underground parking, 17,000 square feet of amenities, and 6,300 square feet of retail space.

Skanska self-performed the concrete and steel work, finishing three weeks early and saving over $3 million on a 30-month schedule. Sustainability was a priority — features like EV charging stations, operable windows, and touchless elevators helped earn LEED Gold and other certifications.

Innovation drove success, from BIM technology to autonomous robotics, while safety remained paramount with zero lost time incidents. In summary, Kaye is more than just a building — it’s a testament to what’s possible when skilled professionals unite around shared values, embrace innovation, prioritize safety, and put the customer first.
