Exxel Pacific’s safety program is built on collaboration and proactive planning. One innovative idea came from an employee: holding Dropped Object Prevention meetings every six floors on high-rise projects. This practice was first implemented on a 30-story tower, resulting in zero dropped objects.

The program also includes Job Safety Team (JST) meetings, where subcontractor leaders share successful safety practices, creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement. These insights are documented and reviewed by the Safety Committee to integrate best practices across projects. Additionally, Exxel’s Project Execution Planning process, developed through the ESOP Shark Tank initiative, ensures alignment on roles, objectives, and risk management. Together, these efforts foster a safer, more productive environment for everyone involved.
