DeLille EnVille, University Village

Wilcox Construction

DeLille Enville is a 6,785-square-foot restaurant in Seattle’s University Village, designed by Design Well Spent and built with a focus on craftsmanship and detail. The space flows through four distinct areas—a lively dining room and bar, a bright solarium, a cozy back dining area with a Chef’s Table, and a hidden speakeasy.

While it feels effortless, the build was anything but simple. The team faced complex challenges, including tunneling under a structural slab for plumbing and fitting mechanical systems into tight ceilings, all within an active retail environment.

Careful planning, creative problem-solving, and strict safety protocols turned obstacles into success. The result is a warm, refined space that reflects both the artistry of its design and the precision of its construction.
