The Puyallup Tribe of Indians’ new Administration Building brings more than 30 departments together under one roof in a modern, culturally rich headquarters. Built on an 18-acre site that once held the Tribe’s first casino, the 95,000-square-foot building and its 195,000-square-foot parking garage combine innovation with heritage.

JTM Construction partnered with Freiheit Architecture, Wright Runstad & Company, and Tribal leadership to create a facility that meets Salmon Safe environmental standards while showcasing art and materials rooted in Tribal culture.

Despite complex site conditions and evolving needs, the project was delivered on time and within budget. Today, this high-performance building anchors the Tribe’s civic campus, symbolizing resilience, governance, and sustainable growth for generations to come.
