Nic Christoffer

Nic Christoffer’s career is a testament to hard work, mentorship and leadership. Starting as a laborer with Exxel Pacific in 2001 while earning his Construction Management degree, Christoffer worked on major bridge projects before returning to Exxel, where he rose to senior superintendent.

Recognized as Employee of the Year in 2024 and a recipient of multiple safety and core values awards, Christoffer is known for his collaborative approach and ability to build high-performing teams. Safety, quality, and schedule are inseparable in his process — he leads weekly meetings focused on risk, planning, and communication, ensuring crews work efficiently and safely.

Beyond the jobsite, Christoffer influences safety during preconstruction, mentors other superintendents, and advocates emergency preparedness. His adaptability in complex situations, like contaminated soil projects, and his passion for training reflect his commitment to continuous improvement. Christoffer’s leadership sets the tone for safety and success across Exxel Pacific.
